Great to meet you!

While I do have a Masters in Counseling Psychology and have practiced for thousands of hours over the past 16 years, I've personally done the work. I've read hundreds and hundreds of books, prayed many a prayer, and have seen leaps and bounds of growth in my personal life, career, and relationships. I am well versed on personal growth, healing, finances, and relationships. I am a certified Health Coach and certified in DISC, EQ, Grief, IFS, Narcissistic Abuse by Dr. Ramani, & Christian.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best thing we can do for our entire family is to take 100% responsibility for our own results in life. It's time to heal and get the help you need not only for the relationships around you but for your relationship with you! Your actions affect others around you and generations after you. My clients report breakthroughs within a few sessions. My ideal client is ready to heal & grow and believes he/she is worth it.

What you can expect from me

I provide a loving, non-judgmental style, with a solution orientation using a variety of what I call "healing exercises" as well as homework and other resources that make sense based on your learning preference. I'm hands-on because I love people and genuinely want you to have your best life.

Please be sure to schedule on the top of the hour.
