Great to meet you!

Hello, I am so glad you stopped by.

My name is Jeneane (pronounced Ja-neen).

Seeking help can be a difficult first step, and so I aim to help each person who contacts me feel safe and heard. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, but aside from my credentials and the letters next to my name- I am just another person wanting to help others make the most out of their time on this earth.

My approach to therapy

I am guided by the client and the needs of the session. I aim to create a safe environment and help clients attune to what their own body and breath tell them. Grounding sessions in the here and now, although I do believe that our past experiences can inform present behavior.

What you can expect from me

Often I ask clients to focus on their internal resources i.e- where the anxiety, stress, depression, fear is felt in the body. Therapeutic process aims to guide clients to their internal and felt self. I am a collaborator in session to guide toward awareness, and empower the process.

I am a trauma-informed/ aware therapist that aims to guide clients in deep and meaningful healing.
