I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas and a registered Telehealth Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Houston Christian University. I counsel couples and individuals ages 18 and up. I have special training in the Flash Technique for trauma, the Gottman Method for couples, and the premarital assessment "Save Your Marriage Before It Starts" (SYMBIS). I utilize a combination of evidence-based techniques that will uniquely apply to each client’s needs. I desire to build a strong alliance with my clients, partnering with them to find empowerment, safety, and restoration while they achieve their goals. I understand the importance of the therapeutic alliance and hope that clients can find that connection wherever they choose to receive counseling.

Clients can an expect a first session to feel like building connection and trust as I learn about what concerns led you to counseling and gain some context about your circumstances. Then we'll set our sights on your goals in therapy and how we'll go about achieving them. My private pay rate is $100 per 55 minute session.
