Great to meet you!

I received my Master’s degree in Community Counseling from Regis University in 2014. I also received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Metropolitan State University of Denver. While attending Regis I was the Co-President for the Minority Student Alliance. I began this alliance to help minority graduate students find resources and the support to help achieve their goals. I have found that advocating for others comes natural for me.

My approach to therapy

Although I’m trained in many treatment modalities, I am currently focused on utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing along with other treatment approaches. I believe that one size does not fit all and will work along side you to reach your goals..

What you can expect from me
