Great to meet you!

Greetings! I am Jenelle Campos, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addiction Professional. I have practiced as a clinician in the mental health field for twenty-three years, including school counseling services. I specialize in support to individuals and families affected by anxiety, depression, addiction, women’s issues, and first responder issues.

I serve a vast population of individuals, communities, and provide LGBTQ support. Lastly, I provide bilingual services in Spanish.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic interventions are specifically tailored to each client’s needs and I offer a comprehensive approach. I may utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior (REBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Positive Psychology, Transpersonal, Strength-based, and Humanistic approaches into my counseling style.

I provide telehealth therapy to include evenings and select weekends. Plus, in person visits can be arranged.

What you can expect from me

I am passionate about supporting others in improving their mental health, healing, and embracing spiritual, physical, & emotional wellness. Also, I can guide you to cultivate positive mindsets, develop healthy beliefs, and tap into your own light. As Wayne Dyer once said, "If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change."
