She has worked in a variety of setting and uses her broad clinical training to dynamically help each individual.

My approach to therapy

Dr. Kanaventi believes the therapeutic process begins with developing a trusting relationship where you are able to explore your unique history in a respectful way to heal from pain and build resiliency. She provides a non-biased space to feel supported and explore, together, feelings and life experiences that influence you and shape making life decisions. Empowerment helps gain knowledge and skills needed to cope with life’s circumstances and to increase control over one's own life.
