Great to meet you!

I am deeply passionate about the power of nature, creative expression, and storytelling in compassionate healing. My approach to therapy is a unique fusion of creativity and clinical expertise informed by Jungian and Rogerian Psychology. I recognized my calling to help others while on my own path of healing from childhood trauma, and my approach is not just about solving problems; it's about self-discovery, growth, and healing.

I believe each person already possesses the inner strength and resilience needed to overcome challenges, create meaningful transformations, and live a life aligned with their values and aspirations. By embracing your own unique journey and the power you already hold within, you can step into a future filled with personal growth, fulfillment, and the realization of your true potential. I take to heart the following words of Carl Jung: “The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” I would be honored to partner with you in your journey to healing, joy, and wholeness.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a Certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT) Professional, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional II (CCTP-II), and an Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS), and my approach is person-centered and holistic. I incorporate creative expression, mindfulness-based practices, and the principles of polyvagal theory into my practice. I am trained in the following modalities that can be used to facilitate sessions in which children and adults of all ages are empowered to heal and grow: EMDR, CBT, Sylvotherapy/Forest Therapy, HeartMath, DBT, Somatic Therapy for Complex Trauma, ACT, Hypnotherapy, Play Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy--among various other techniques. I'm committed to helping my clients find their own path to well-being by discovering and harnessing their own transformative power.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect a deeply supportive and nurturing environment where healing, self-discovery, and personal growth are prioritized. My sessions are designed to be a unique blend of creativity, mindfulness, and clinical expertise, integrating Jungian and Rogerian principles with evidence-based trauma-informed modalities. Through this holistic approach, clients will gain tools to regulate emotions, build resilience, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Whether through expressive therapies, somatic techniques, or nature-based practices, I guide clients toward meaningful transformation, empowering them to embrace their inner strength and live in alignment with their values. My goal is to help each individual unlock their innate capacity for healing and fulfillment.
