Great to meet you!

Welcome. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

I am a graduate of Ball State University, a Licensed Mental Health Provider, and have over 16 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s difficulties. Throughout my career, I have worked with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, and other emotional and behavioral challenges.

It would be an honor to partner with you as you work toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I believe that every person has unique strengths and resilience. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. Whether you are seeking support during a difficult season, looking to develop healthier coping skills, or striving for personal growth, I am committed to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and wellness.

What you can expect from me

What to Expect During Your First Session

Your first therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns at your own pace.

During our first meeting, we’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, your current challenges, relevant personal and mental health history, and what you hope to achieve through counseling. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and goals, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask me any questions about the therapy process.

Together, we’ll begin developing a plan that is tailored to your unique needs and circumstances. There is no pressure to share everything in the first session—therapy is a process, and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My hope is that you’ll leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer understanding of how we can work together to help you achieve your goals.
