Great to meet you!

Excited to connect with you! I welcome you to book a consult with me to see if we're a good fit. I work with children, caregivers, adolescents, and families navigating life transitions, behavioral concerns, relationships, parenting, school issues, emotional regulation, self-esteem, self-harm, suicidal ideation, trauma, and PTSD. I also have experience supporting foster youth and collaborating with community providers and resources.

I have a Masters in Clinical Psychology and have been in the field for over 5 years. Outside of work, I love to listen to music and go to concerts/events. I also have 2 cats names Jet and Loki who may appear on our calls!

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and structured. I believe therapy should provide a safe space to explore your experiences, identify meaningful goals, and develop practical steps toward positive change. I draw from CBT, trauma-focused therapy, expressive arts, strengths-based, attachment-based, motivational interviewing, person-centered, culturally sensitive, and eclectic approaches to meet each client’s unique needs.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll get to know one another, discuss what brings you to therapy, and clarify your goals. We’ll work together to determine how I can best support you and create a plan that feels comfortable and useful.
