Great to meet you!

I’ve always been searching for the root of things. That search led me to the body, where I discovered the nervous system is the foundation of healing. You might be feeling overwhelmed, reactive, numb, or stuck in survival mode—even when life looks “fine” on the outside. Or you may be functioning well, showing up and getting things done, yet sensing there’s more ease, presence, or range available to you.

Therapy with me focuses on working with your body and nervous system, helping you understand how stress and experience live in the body. My trauma-informed, somatic approach supports steadiness, flexibility, and choice, allowing change to unfold in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and burnout, as well as creatives, athletes, and caregivers—who want to expand their capacity and feel at home in themselves again.

My approach to therapy

My approach is deeply human, direct, and grounded. I offer trauma-informed, somatic therapy for adults in California. I’m certified in the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM) and an Intermediate Student in Somatic Experiencing (SE). My work is collaborative and paced with care, supporting both relief from stress and the development of greater capacity, presence, and resilience over time. Healing isn’t about doing more; it’s about coming home to yourself, building stability, and rediscovering your natural rhythm. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I also incorporate talk therapy and experiential modalities with the work of SE.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about slowing down and beginning to listen differently—to what your body might already be trying to tell you. I’ll introduce you to how your nervous system works and help you identify what feels grounded, safe, or alive. You can expect a mix of conversation and simple experiential awareness work, focused on helping you sense—not just think about—what’s happening inside. There’s no “right” way to do this; your body already holds the map. My role is to help you read it, so you can begin feeling a little more at home in yourself and confident in your own ability to heal.
