Great to meet you!

Prioritizing mental health is just as important as physical health. With six years of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in helping individuals navigate the complex challenges of trauma and addiction. I am a licensed therapist and my approach is person-centered and strength-based, grounded in the belief that every individual has the capacity for healing and growth when given the right support and space.

My approach to therapy

I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities which allows me to tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the person I’m working with—whether they’re a teenager facing anxiety, an adult struggling with substance use, or someone processing past trauma or life.

I’ve had the privilege of working with clients ages 16 to 65, and I deeply value the trust that comes with being part of someone’s healing journey

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace.

Whether you're taking the first step or returning to therapy, I’m here to walk alongside you.
