Great to meet you!

I work with teens, adults, and couples. I believe that true wellness comes from integrating all aspects of ourselves—spiritual, social, emotional, intellectual, physical, and creative. As a California-certified sexual assault counselor, fully trained in EMDR and Brainspotting, I provide trauma-informed care with empathy and expertise. I also specialize in psychedelic therapy preparation and integration, guiding clients through their profound journeys with care and intention.

My approach to therapy

Aside from providing you with emotional support, I incorporate mindfulness, guided visualization, dream work, expressive art, journaling, enneagram and techniques that can help create meaning in life. I assist clients in developing healthy communication skills, acquire new perspectives, learn coping strategies to create a more balanced life and a healthier state of mind. I use EMDR and Brainspotting to process distressing life experiences and difficult emotions. My goal is to help you heal.

What you can expect from me

My intention is to build a trusting and nurturing relationship with you and to inspire hope for healing and transformation. I provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where you are free to explore difficult and unwanted feelings such as fear, shame, guilt, anger, frustration, loneliness, grief, insecurity, helplessness and inadequacy. I am an empathic and objective listener who believes that psychotherapy is an individual process that can be difficult and can promote lasting change.
