Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working across community mental health, crisis intervention, trauma, child welfare, and leadership settings. I hold a PhD in International Psychology with a trauma emphasis and have spent years supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions. My approach is culturally aware, insight-oriented, and accountability-focused. I work primarily with adults who are ready to better understand their patterns, improve emotional wellness, and create meaningful change in their lives and relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, honest, insight-oriented, and accountability-focused. I believe therapy should be a space where clients feel emotionally safe while also being challenged to look deeper at the patterns, beliefs, behaviors, and relationships that may be keeping them stuck. I integrate culturally aware, relational, and evidence-based approaches to help clients increase self-awareness, improve emotional regulation, strengthen boundaries, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to feel conversational, reflective, and engaging. We will explore what brings you to therapy, discuss current stressors and patterns, and begin identifying the deeper experiences that may be influencing how you show up emotionally, relationally, and behaviorally. I ask thoughtful questions that often help clients think about themselves in new ways, so sessions tend to feel insightful, honest, and growth-oriented from the beginning.
