Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jenise. I've been a therapist for over 14 years. I work with teens, adults, couples, and even families. One of my strengths is my ability to authentically connect with the people I help. I feel so fortunate to work in a field I am passionate about. I can't imagine myself in any other job.

I work with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationships, and life transitions. My clients describe me as warm, authentic, responsive, and passionate about what I do.

My approach to therapy

I view the people I work with as individuals who are looking for some help rather than just a diagnosis. As we start therapy, I want to get to know you, your strengths and struggles, your history, and what is going on now in your life currently. A benefit of working online is I often get to see people's pets, so if having your cat with you makes you feel good, feel free to bring them.

What you can expect from me

When you work with me, you'll gain insight, be empowered, and make authentic, lasting changes. Our sessions will leave you with new ideas and insights, challenges, and insights.
