Great to meet you!

Taking the first step can feel big, I'm glad you're here. As a board-certified counselor with over 20 years as a school counselor, I’m passionate about helping children, adults and families feel more confident and supported. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful, everyday change that helps your child, and your family, move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. I blend CBT and solution-focused therapy to help move from understanding challenges to building tools that truly work. We focus on clear, doable steps that support lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and talk through what’s been feeling challenging. You can expect a supportive, comfortable space where we begin identifying goals and outlining next steps, so you leave with a clearer sense of direction.
