Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am passionate about guiding individuals, and couples toward deeper self-discovery and meaningful relationships. I believe that connection, insight, and awareness are the foundation of personal growth. Many of my clients come to me feeling disconnected, uncertain, or struggling with life transitions, self-esteem, or relationship challenges. Others seek support for anxiety, difficulties with emotional expression, woman's health, or navigating gender and sexuality-related concerns. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic, integrative approach, drawing from experiential, emotionally focused, and family systems theories. My work centers on emotions and communication—helping clients understand their feelings, express their needs, and strengthen their relationships. I specialize in couples therapy, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, and gender and sexuality concerns.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave therapy with greater self-awareness, stronger relationships, and a deeper sense of fulfillment. They develop tools to navigate emotions, communicate effectively, and face challenges with confidence. My goal is to empower you to create lasting change, fostering a life where you feel heard, understood, and more connected to yourself and others.
