As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my experience includes providing individual, group and family therapy in private practice, CMH, and residential-based treatment for teens with involvement in the foster and juvenile justice system.
I am passionate about working with transitional age youth and adults. I specialize in helping individuals who are struggling with difficult life transitions, and are experiencing anxiety, grief and trauma as a result.
In our sessions, I prioritize creating a safe space for you to let your walls down, and get to know the different 'parts' of yourself- as if you're a puzzle. Using Internal Family Systems, we will get clearer about the ways that you’re reacting to stress and trauma, and help you to develop approaches that feel healthier, confidence-boosting and courageous.
