As a therapist I was trained at Fordham University and currently hold my LMHC in NY. I have experience working with adolescents, college-aged students and adults. I enjoy helping people navigate relationship issues, communication problems, anxiety and self-exploration. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).
My approach to the therapeutic process is collaborative, reflective and holistic. In our work together, I am mindful of exploring past relationships, traumas, and how our past impacts our future. I work with clients to find the best coping strategies for where you are.
Clients should expect a safe and collaborative space, where they feel opened and willing to talk about the things that otherwise have been difficult to discuss.
