Great to meet you!

Welcome!

I’m a licensed psychotherapist based in New York, with a relational, trauma-informed approach to therapy. My work is grounded in Mindfulness practices to reduce stress and slow down, which means we focus not just on insight, but on what’s happening in the present moment—your patterns, your relationships, and how your experiences are lived in your body and daily life.

I specialize in working with clients navigating adoption and foster care-related experiences, anyone navigating life transitions, identity issues, trauma, women's issues, teens, and young adults,

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, present-focused, and mindful. I pay attention not just to your story, but to how you experience yourself moment to moment—emotionally, relationally, and in your body.

I’m an active and engaged therapist. I’ll reflect patterns, ask thoughtful questions, and gently challenge what may be keeping you stuck, while creating a space that feels grounded, steady, and non-judgmental.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a space to settle in and get a feel for working together. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we move at your pace.

We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, while also paying attention to how you’re feeling in the moment. My focus is on creating a grounded, non-judgmental space where you can begin to feel comfortable and understood.
