Great to meet you!

You deserve a space where you can finally put down the weight you've been carrying and focus on yourself. Imagine feeling more confident, more in control, and better equipped to handle whatever life brings your way. I help children, adolescents, adults, seniors, and families work through anxiety, ADHD, depression, anger management, trauma, relationship concerns, grief, stress, panic disorders, identity challenges, women's issues, sleep difficulties, and family conflict. As a bilingual therapist providing services in English and Spanish, I create a compassionate, supportive environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

My approach to therapy

You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you uncover strengths, develop effective strategies, and move toward your goals. My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Behavioral Activation, Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Attachment Based Family Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Family Focused Therapy, Multi Systemic Therapy (MST), and other behavioral and family centered approaches. Together, we will identify patterns that are no longer serving you, build new skills, and create lasting change that extends beyond our sessions.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about understanding your story and identifying what you want to achieve. We will discuss the concerns bringing you to therapy, explore your strengths and supports, and begin creating a clear plan for moving forward. Whether you are seeking individual, child, adolescent, or family therapy, you can expect a welcoming and judgment free space where your experiences are valued. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling understood, hopeful, and confident that you have a path toward meaningful progress.
