Great to meet you!

I obtained my B.A. in Psychology from Winona State University in 2022 and my M.S in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UW-Milwaukee in 2024. I primarily help client's navigate trauma, building insight into our patterns, BPD, and couples counseling.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines Schema Therapy with a person-centered lens, exploring how early experiences shape current patterns while keeping the focus on each client’s strengths, values, and goals. Empowerment is central to my work, and sI aim for clients to leave sessions with both new insight and practical tools to feel more grounded, confident, and hopeful.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about talking to see if we connect! While I am curious to know about your potential goals for therapy, I like to focus on building a comfort level and layer of trust before diving in too deep.
