Great to meet you!

I know how easy it is to look like you have everything together while quietly feeling overwhelmed inside. A lot of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware, and still feel anxious, stretched thin, or stuck in their own heads.

Therapy with me isn’t about being analyzed or “fixed.” It’s about creating space to slow down, untangle what’s been building up, and figure things out together.

My approach to therapy

I take a person-centered, collaborative approach to therapy. That means I’m not here to judge, lecture, or rush you. I’m here to listen carefully, validate what’s real for you, and help you build tools that actually make sense in your life.

While our work is grounded in evidence-based practices, sessions are conversational and real. We move at a pace that feels safe and manageable, focusing on both understanding patterns and building practical strategies for change.

What you can expect from me

I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and the pressure to “have it all together.”

Many of my clients are often the ones others rely on. They may struggle with overthinking, emotional exhaustion, or difficulty slowing down, even when everything looks fine on the outside.

If you’re looking for a therapist who is warm, validating, and down-to-earth (someone who will meet you where you are while helping you grow), we may be a good fit.
