Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Jenna. I've worked in the mental health field since 2014. In that time I've worked for various crisis programs, outpatient programs, and private practices. I was also a high school guidance counselor, and I worked for child protective services. I've had a variety of experiences in the field and I bring that knowledge to my practice. I look forward to hearing your story.

My approach to therapy

I think of myself as a guide to helping my clients improve their lives. The client is the expert on their life; I'm here to listen, provide support, share tools and insights to make the client's life better. I would describe my style as warm, accepting, and if needed, direct. I work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, mood disorders, ADHD, and interpersonal challenges.

What you can expect from me

I utilize skill building, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, Gottman methods for couples, and bibliotherapy to help my clients achieve their goals. I have a love of learning and I am constantly seeking out new ways to help my clients through various trainings, books, etc. I want my clients to feel confident and capable to handle the challenges that life will inevitable throw at them.
