Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Stony Brook University and a decade of experience working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and complex mental health concerns.

My approach is warm, honest, collaborative, and solution-focused. I believe therapy should be a space where you can be completely yourself without judgment, while also having someone willing to respectfully challenge the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and mind-body interventions, tailoring treatment to each individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

My clinical and leadership experience has included working with adults, young adults, families, and individuals experiencing significant life transitions and complex circumstances. I have also worked extensively in residential and behavioral health settings, providing clinical supervision, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and program leadership.

I see the therapeutic relationship as a partnership. My goal is not simply to help you get through what brought you to therapy, but to help you better understand yourself, develop tools that actually work in your life, and create meaningful and sustainable change.

Whether you are struggling with a specific challenge or simply know that something needs to change, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I create a safe, judgment-free space where clients can better understand themselves, work through challenges, and build meaningful change. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and mind-body interventions, tailoring treatment to each person’s needs. I specialize in supporting adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity to feel heard, understood, and comfortable. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re experiencing, and what you hope to change. Together, we’ll identify initial goals and begin developing a treatment approach that fits your needs. My goal is for you to leave feeling supported, with greater clarity and a sense of direction for moving forward.
