Great to meet you!

My clients often look like young professionals, new mothers, & women struggling in romantic relationships. You may be dealing with current/past traumas, general anxiety, panic attacks, depression, stress management, or low self esteem. From the outside everything may look fine while inside you are battling to keep your head above water. You may be at a crossroads, struggling through a transitional life stage, battling to overachieve & succeed, while also beating yourself up about every thing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, specialized and client centered. I am trained in Brainspotting (a somatic trauma therapy) and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, with an additional focus on strength based treatment, trauma informed somatic work & mindfulness. I combine holistic methods and clinical interventions to help my clients reach control over their lives.

What you can expect from me

I offer a light hearted, approachable, and down to earth experience during sessions. I wish for each of my clients to walk away feeling motivated and clear in her journey towards wellness. You may feel like something is "wrong" with you, you're STUCK in life and no one understands. I will guide you towards achieving insight, realization and healing.
