Great to meet you!

Great to meet you—I'm glad you're here.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I believe therapy provides a safe, supportive space to process life's challenges, gain insight, and create meaningful change. My goal is to help clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as they work toward becoming the healthiest version of themselves.

As a former collegiate athlete, I have a passion for working with athletes navigating the unique pressures of competition, performance, identity, and life transitions.

I have experience working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I strive to meet each client where they are and tailor therapy to their unique goals, values, and experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is strengths-based and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. Together, we'll build on your strengths, identify meaningful goals, and develop practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges. For clients who desire it, I also welcome conversations about faith for clients to explore how their spiritual beliefs intersect with their mental health and life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. I'll take time to learn about your story, understand what brings you to therapy, and explore what you hope to gain from our work together. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and share any concerns you may have. My priority is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel safe, heard, and comfortable being yourself. Together, we'll identify meaningful goals and regularly check in on your progress as therapy continues.
