Great to meet you!

I use a psychodynamic approach that is trauma informed. I approach each client's treatment uniquely based on their individual needs. As an art therapist, I incorporate expressive and experiential experiences when applicable and with client interest. I also have experience in CBT to manage anxiety, OCD, and disordered eating. I'm also a trained yoga instructor and can incorporate mindfulness. Ultimately, being a safe space for client's to process, heal, and be are my goal.

My approach to therapy

My ethos as a therapist, is to focus on helping clients feel secure in the therapeutic process by building a trusting relationship. My style is dynamic, warm, and curious. Together we'll explore deep-rooted beliefs and feelings, process the past and what’s challenging in the present, develop meaningful practices, and help you reconnect with yourself and those around you so you can live a full and connected life.

What you can expect from me

Initially, we will work on forming a trusting relationship and overtime this will allow us to delve into managing symptoms, developing insight, unpacking your story and inner narrative and shifting it to something that better serves you.I believe that therapy is a collaborative endeavor where we hold your questions, feelings, and struggles together. Growing takes work and time. Therapy can be a space to be together in the painful parts, laugh through the good parts, and celebrate your progress.
