Great to meet you!

I work with adolescents, college students, young adults, and women. I am especially passionate about supporting young women through periods of growth and self-discovery, including the transition from high school to college, adjusting to adulthood, navigating relationships and career decisions, and developing a stronger sense of identity and confidence. I recognize that adolescence and young adulthood can come with a lot of pressure to figure out who you are, where you’re going, and how you’re supposed to feel along the way. I help clients work through anxiety, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem challenges, organizational concerns, relationship challenges, and experiences that can leave them feeling overwhelmed or unsure of what comes next.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves, without feeling judged or pressured to have everything figured out. I strive to create a warm, genuine, and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe therapy doesn’t have to look the same for everyone. While my approach is grounded in person-centered principles and the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, creative interventions, and emotion-focused techniques based on each client's individual needs. Together, we can work through what feels overwhelming while developing practical skills and greater confidence to navigate everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my family, creating art, baking, writing, and going on walks with my dog Bear. I enjoy helping clients explore the people, activities, and experiences that bring meaning, joy, peace, and balance to their own lives.
