Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can finally exhale—where you don’t have to have the right words, have everything figured out, or pretend that you’re okay when you’re not.

As your therapist, my goal is to create a relationship built on trust, safety, honesty, and genuine connection. I’ll meet you where you are, without judgment, and work alongside you to better understand what you’re experiencing, what may be keeping you stuck, and what you want your life to look and feel like.

I have spent over a decade supporting children, youth, families, and adults as they navigate difficult seasons, life transitions, and moments of change. I believe that reaching out for support takes courage, and I strive to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted. My specialized training includes Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), EMDR, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and other challenges that can leave you feeling overwhelmed or stuck. My hope is to walk alongside you, helping you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and develop tools to create meaningful and lasting change.

I don’t believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. You are the expert on your own life, and I’m here to bring curiosity, perspective, clinical knowledge, and support to the process. Some days therapy may involve deep exploration, while other days it may be about finding practical tools to help you get through the week. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with feeling truly seen and understood. I meet each client where they are and tailor therapy to their unique needs, experiences, and goals. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build practical tools, and create greater clarity and confidence in navigating life. My hope is that therapy feels like a safe space to be honest, grow, and move toward a life that feels more fulfilling and authentic.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, trusting therapeutic relationship. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and what you’d like to get out of our time together. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what you need from your therapist, and get a feel for whether we’re a good fit. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—we’ll take it one step at a time.
