Great to meet you!

I support adult individuals who may be navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions. My approach is client-centered, and each session is tailored to meet your unique needs and goals.

I am licensed to practice psychotherapy in both Colorado and California. In addition to my degree in Counseling Psychology, I have also trained extensively in yoga, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, and rapid resolution therapy for trauma. With over a decade of experience working with clients in a private practice setting, I have worked with most issues that come up in therapy.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in using mindfulness-based strategies to help individuals gain insight and create lasting change. By blending traditional talk therapy with guided meditation and breathing practices, I assist clients in gently shifting unhelpful thought patterns and building greater self-awareness. Together, we’ll explore the core of what’s going on and work on practical strategies to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about your background and what led you to therapy, and begin to explore what feels most important for you right now. Therapy is a process that unfolds over time, and we’ll build our work together step by step. It’s completely normal to feel a little nervous at first—I’ll be here to guide and support you through each stage of the journey
