Great to meet you!
Hello, I’m Jenna, a trauma-informed therapist committed to creating a grounding, empowering space where healing feels possible. I received my M.S. in Counseling from California State University, Fullerton, and since graduating, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, complex family dynamics, identity challenges, and stressors rooted in larger social systems.
My work is shaped by community care, empowerment, and justice. I take a holistic, systems-aware approach — one that recognizes how our emotional lives are profoundly impacted not just by our families and relationships, but also by the pressures of living in a culture that often prioritizes productivity over well-being. Many of my clients come to therapy carrying the weight of burnout, chronic self-criticism, or the feeling that they must constantly “push through.” Together, we slow down, reconnect with your internal wisdom, and build a life that honors your humanity, not just your output.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults, specializing in trauma recovery, anxiety, relational patterns, boundary challenges, and the emotional impact of systemic stress. My style is relational, compassionate, and deeply client-centered. I believe healing happens when you feel seen, supported, and empowered to rewrite the narratives that no longer serve you.
If you’re looking for a therapist who values authenticity, community, and the reclamation of self in a world that often demands too much, I’d be honored to support you.
