Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Jenna, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). I provide virtual therapy for adults throughout Colorado who are navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, substance use, ADHD and life transitions. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, supported and challenged to grow. Together, we'll explore the patterns and "scripts" that no longer serve you while building practical tools to help you create lasting, meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, genuine and tailored to your unique needs. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy, Narrative Therapy and Motivational Interviewing within a trauma-informed framework. I balance compassion with gentle accountability, helping clients better understand themselves while developing practical skills that support resilience, healthier relationships and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a relaxed, judgment-free environment. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what's been weighing on you, what's already helping and what you hope will be different. Together, we'll begin identifying meaningful goals and create a treatment plan that reflects your strengths, values and individual needs. My hope is that you'll leave feeling heard, understood and optimistic about the work ahead.
