My approach is integrative and grounded in the understanding that every person is unique. I draw from a variety of evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities. These include Eye-movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy and somatic practices. I tailor each session to meet the needs, goals, and personalities of the individual and relationships I work with. I strongly believe in the practice of building skills through a holistic approach.
I have experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Further, I am continually expanding my skill set in trauma work and premarital counseling. I deeply value the opportunity to walk alongside clients as they build insight, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with themselves and their relationships.
