A bit about my approach to therapy

Ranging from teens to older adults, Jenna has worked with those who struggle with anxiety, depression, significant trauma, grief/loss, addiction and recovery, relationships, and low self-esteem. Jenna brings a skillset that addresses these difficulties with empathy and compassion, utilizing techniques that include psychodynamics, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, strengths based perspective, and motivational interviewing.

What you can expect from our first session

Jenna focuses on using a holistic approach when working with individuals. She values the mind-body-spirit connection and how one influences the other. When working with individuals, it is important to feel empowered to become their best self as a whole: emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually.
