Great to meet you!

I bring more than 18 years of clinical experience supporting children who have experienced abuse and neglect, individuals working through addiction, youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, families navigating foster care and adoption, and clients experiencing acute mental health crisis. My approach is grounded in compassion, trauma-informed care, and a commitment to creating a safe and supportive therapeutic enviornment.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is straightforward, compassionate, and sprinkled with humor when it fits. I believe therapy should be a space where trust grows and you feel safe being unapologetically yourself. You're the expert on your life-I'm just here to help you navigate it with clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is basically us teaming up: you bring your story, I bring the support, and together we map out your goals. We'll also peek at the hidden hurdles that might be slowing you down-nothing scary, just honest conversations that help you move forward.
