Great to meet you!

I have a Master's of Science in Mental Health Counseling, MBA, Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology and Minor in Religious Studies (Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, and Christianity to name a few). I've worked in community mental health organizations in various populations. Populations I work with include children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families. I work most often with anxiety, depression, situational stress, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

My approach to sessions are person centered. We work at a pace that feels safe and productive. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Behavior modifications frequently.

What you can expect from me

I often hear at the end of session there are action items each individual plans to work on before we meet again. My clients often state they are thankful for the work we do together and problem solving that takes place.
