Great to meet you!

With over seven years of dedicated experience working with a variety of populations through diverse settings, I am a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker who integrates a unique blend of expertise, life experience, experiential therapies, and liberation politics into their practice. I have done extensive work with the LGBTQ+ community, youth ages 10-25, the unhoused population, neurodivergent folks, and communities of color.

My approach to therapy

With an interest in ecotherapy, I brings a deep appreciation for the healing power of nature to their therapeutic approach. A lover of all things outdoors, I believe that the natural world offers profound opportunities for growth and emotional well-being. My work focuses on fostering resilience, self-discovery, and empowerment through both traditional counseling methods and nature-based interventions. With a commitment to creating a supportive and nurturing environment, I am dedicated to helping individuals thrive by connecting with themselves, their communities, and the natural world around them.

What you can expect from me

A warm and inclusive environment that is direct, inquisitive, and challenges clients to "zoom out" and see things from multiple perspectives.
