Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a licensed psychologist

In addition to expertise in the treatment of mental health, I have specific training in helping individuals cope with various health issues including traumatic brain injury and concussion, stroke, and chronic illness, and assisting clients in addressing life changes due to medical issues. I also enjoy working with adolescents and young adults to help them discover how to not only survive, but thrive in the chaos that they may be experiencing during these transformative years.

Thank you for reading my bio, and I look forward to working with you!

My approach to therapy

who enjoys collaborating with my clients to help them identify their thoughts, feelings and behaviors, and how you can use these insights to improve your mood, your health, and manage stress in your life.

What you can expect from me

I believe YOU are the expert of you- we will work together as you teach me what it is like to experience life through your eyes. Using this guidance I will provide a plan of treatment using empirically-supported strategies that will help you reduce depression & anxiety; manage attention and motivation; and address grief, loss, & life transitions.
