Great to meet you!

I am a human centered, strengths based and spiritually focused practitioner. I believe You are the expert on your life and the life you want. I am a support and my expertise a resource that can enable you improve the way in which you love and understand yourself and others. I enjoy helping others discover their most authentic self, learning to use self love, compassion and nurturing skills to cope with anxiety and overcome blocks that have affected one's ability to reach their goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My practice is catered to clients who want to break patterns of behavior developed in youth that are impacting their current sense of self and adult relationships. I incorporate both cognitive/talk therapy based modalities and somatic healing practices to help clients live an intentional, embodied and consciously aware life.

What you can expect from our first session

It is my hope that after each session clients feel they have been seen and heard in a way that opens them up to their self discovery.
