Over time, this can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and living in survival mode rather than fully present in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic and relational, integrating mindfulness, body awareness, and EMDR Therapy. Together, we’ll explore patterns that keep you stuck, calm an overactive nervous system, and strengthen your sense of self—creating space for clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together we will build a foundation of safety for our therapeutic space, discussed detailed background and history and most importantly outline goals and intentions for therapy together.
