Everyone goes through life transitions that can be managed through positivity. I have professional experience in private practice and school-based work serving clients for nearly 5 years, to adults, adolescents, teenagers, families, and parents.

My passion is to help individuals find ways to be successful in life, by utilizing your strengths. I like to focus on the person, and their current goals to help support future success.

I specialize in evidence-based counseling approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT). Utilizing my skills to make life-changing connections with clients every day.
