Great to meet you!

Hello and Welcome! I am happy to meet you. At the heart of my work is deep belief that each of us possess a tapestry of strengths waiting to be more intricately woven into the fabric of our being so that when challenges arise, we are able to better respond. Sometimes, the work of reweaving a self entails disentangling old stories, patterns, or feelings that create knots. I work best with those clients who want to learn how to become better weavers of their life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, engaged, creative, client-centered, and collaborative. Using kind and attentive listening, I seek to see the world through your eyes so. From this place of understanding, I might offer reflections, invite a new perspective, or explore practical and gentle possibilities for new behavior.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will discuss the process of therapy, the issues you would like to address and your hoped for outcomes, and what you might expect from our work together. I like to begin gently and easily, creating a safe, welcoming environment where you feel seen and heard.
