I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, autism, ADHD, self-esteem issues, and the LGBTQ+ community. While I primarily work with adolescents and young adults, I'm open to supporting individuals outside that age range if our work aligns.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person's unique needs. I will keep things human while also being direct and solution-focused. I also offer to work closely with parents and coordinate with other providers or schools to ensure comprehensive care.
In our first session together, you can expect time for us to both get to know each other to ensure mutual trust, comfortability and understanding of your goals and how we will work towards them together!
