Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Jenna and I am an LPCC-S. I have 13 years of experience working with clients of all ages. I specialize in working with clients who experience depression, anxiety, trauma, and poor self-esteem. I have worked in various settings including private practice, community mental health and inpatient facilities.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in the belief that true healing encompasses the whole person. I take a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing that each individual is unique with interconnected needs.

Meeting you where you are is fundamental to my practice. I understand that each person comes to therapy with their own set of experiences, challenges, and strengths. My role is to offer a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment.

What you can expect from me

I see our sessions as a partnership where we both bring our strengths and insights to the table. I bring my expertise in therapeutic techniques, but you bring the expertise of your own life experiences. My aim is to build a relationship where you feel seen, heard, and valued. My goal is to empower you to live a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. I believe that therapy is a powerful tool for personal growth, and I’m passionate about helping you unlock your full potential.
