Great to meet you!

I support clients navigating anxiety, self-doubt, big life transitions, and conflict in relationships. I meet you with curiosity, compassion, and encouragement - never judgement. My goal is to help you stop settling and start creating a life that feels fulfilling, balanced, and true to you.

I've worked with clients for the last 4 years in a non-profit community mental health setting, working towards licensure. I've recently completed advanced Perinatal Mental Health training through Postpartum Support International, to better support the needs of my clients.

My approach to therapy

I value strong relationships, which is why I primarily use a humanistic and psychodynamic approach. I lead clients through a process of self-exploration that helps you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. I may also use alternative skills to support your unique goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will be getting to know one another. I typically ask what sparked your interest in therapy, and will ask follow up questions to gain insight into your goals. I know it can feel intimidating to start therapy, so I encourage clients to ask questions about myself as well, if curious.
