Great to meet you!

I take an open-minded, thoughtful, and collaborative style in therapy and strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences. I believe each person’s story and goals are unique, and I work collaboratively with clients to create treatment plans that address their specific needs and mental health concerns. I received my MSW from University of Southern Indiana and have been practicing as a clinical social worker for the past 3 years. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches and have a special interest in treating anxiety disorders, including OCD, as well as relational and interpersonal concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals. I utilize a variety of evidence-based modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. I work with clients to better understand patterns that may contribute to emotional distress while also developing practical coping skills and healthier ways of responding to challenges. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, supported, and capable of making meaningful changes in their lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to be a supportive and welcoming space where they can share their story, concerns, and goals at their own pace. I use the first session to better understand what brings you to therapy and begin identifying areas where support may be most helpful. We will also start collaboratively discussing treatment goals and approaches that may best fit your needs. My goal is to help clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable while beginning to build a strong therapeutic relationship.
