Great to meet you!

As someone who identifies as neurodivergent (ADHD) and part of a blended, mixed-race family, I value creating a safe, inclusive space that honors each person’s unique background and needs.

My approach to therapy

Every person has their own story, and you deserve care that’s tailored just for you. When we begin working together, we’ll be partners in your healing journey. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. I’ll be here to listen, support, and gently challenge you as we work toward growth and change—together.

What you can expect from me

I like to begin with an introductory session, where you can share your story and what you’re hoping to achieve through therapy. We’ll figure things out together, at your own pace. My goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and opening up, while also feeling safe and supported. From there, we’ll continue working side by side to turn your goals into reality.
