My approach to therapy

I believe we each carry powerful strengths within us and already hold many of the answers we’re seeking. In our work together, we’ll gently identify and dismantle the barriers that may be holding you back, creating space to reconnect with your authentic self.

In a world that often feels fast-paced and demanding, I offer a supportive space to slow down, breathe, and release the pressure of constantly seeking external validation. Therapy becomes a place to pause, reflect, and realign with what truly matters to you.

You are the pilot of this journey, and I’m here as a guide—offering insight, support, and direction as you navigate toward growth, healing, and greater clarity.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where we begin exactly where you are. I’ll take time to get to know you—your experiences, challenges, strengths, and what led you to seek therapy. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out; this session is about connection, understanding, and setting a foundation for our work together.

Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to your unique journey. Your goals and lived experiences guide the process, and together we’ll begin identifying what you’d like to shift, strengthen, or better understand as you move forward.

Understanding the demands of modern life, I offer secure online therapy sessions to provide flexibility and convenience. This allows therapy to fit into your schedule, making it easier to prioritize your well-being without adding extra stress.
