Great to meet you!

Life can be difficult, and things don’t always go as planned. I’m here to support you during those tough times. Whether you’re just beginning your journey or have been facing challenges for a while, I offer guidance, knowledge, and encouragement to help you feel more confident about yourself and your goals. For over 15 years, I’ve worked with adults, adolescents, children, and families in both school and community mental health settings. As a therapist, school counselor, and EMT, I know how hard it can be to ask for help, especially if you’re usually the helper.

My approach to therapy

Having a successful therapeutic experience starts with the right approach. My approach to counseling combines Cognitive Behavioral, Person-Centered, and evidence-based techniques to create a client-centered approach that is tailored to each individual.

What you can expect from me

I work to foster a space of warmth and acceptance, while helping my clients define realistic goals and discover strategies that can help them in their life. With this collaborative approach, I strive to provide the best possible experience for each client. Let's work together to create the best path for your journey.
