Great to meet you!

With nearly 10 years of experience, I am a client-centered trauma-informed therapist. I am also EMDR trained. Together, we're going to work toward building a strong therapeutic alliance where you are supported to make meaningful changes. Through evidenced-based practices that provide affirmation of your growth, you receive individualized care in a nurturing environment. I work with individuals and couples virtually from the comfort of your desired safe space. I've received many positive reports from clients who have gained a healthier relationship between mind and body.

I will help you define your personal treatment goals to your desired outcome. When we begin working together, I encourage you to embrace your sense of self; let's find confidence and comfort in your authenticity. I have experience working in a number of settings: PHP, IOP, school systems, drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers, and foster care programs.

I use an eclectic variety of modalities to offer you the skills that create real change. I use a down to earth approach while guiding you toward accomplishing your defined goals. I know finding a therapist can feel overwhelming. If this resonates, reach out. I offer a free consultation and would love to see if we’re a good fit.
